1. Website scope
These terms govern the Remainder Box Inc. public website, its fictional inventory example, and inquiry forms. By using the site, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law. The site presents a proposed SaaS product in development, not a production inventory management service.
2. Example data and recommendations
All product records, store names, costs, ages, sales, charts, and suggestions in the interface are fictional. The example uses simple deterministic rules. It does not forecast demand, determine profitability, assess all commercial factors, or guarantee sales, revenue, margin, or inventory recovery. Stock value is an illustrative value at cost, not recoverable cash. Human review is required before any real business decision.
3. No store changes or saved account
The example does not connect to stores, import files, access customer data, change prices, publish promotions, or place orders. A local review plan is held only in the current tab and clears on reload or closure. There is no production account, subscription, automatic action, or persistent inventory record on this website.
4. Planned product and pricing
Proposed features, supported systems, prices, SKU definitions, store limits, usage allowances, support, and timing may change. USD pricing is indicative and excludes applicable taxes unless later terms state otherwise. The estimator is a planning aid, not a binding quote. No payment or recurring charge is created here. Any future paid service requires separate terms describing its actual scope.
5. Waitlist, demo, and pilot requests
An inquiry expresses interest and does not guarantee access, a waitlist position, a demo date, or acceptance into a pilot. Placement and availability are confirmed by reply. A request does not create an employment, partnership, investment, or other commercial agreement. Confidential information or data access should only be exchanged after appropriate agreements.
6. Your conduct and submissions
Only send information you are authorized to share. Keep messages nonconfidential and do not include store credentials, API keys, payment details, customer records, or proprietary inventory files. Do not misuse the forms, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, disrupt access, or attempt unauthorized entry.
7. Intellectual property and external sources
Brand graphics, site design, text, and code are owned by or licensed to Remainder Box Inc., except where otherwise attributed. Third-party names remain their owners’ property. You may browse and use the example for lawful evaluation. An SEC filing does not validate a product, and references to cloud providers or other parties do not imply affiliation, approval, or funding eligibility. Nothing here offers securities or grants an intellectual-property license.
8. Availability and limits
The website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We aim to keep information clear but do not guarantee completeness, currency, or suitability. The website may be changed, limited, interrupted, or discontinued.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost sales, profits, or losses from reliance on illustrative recommendations.
